Refund and Cancellation Policy

 Payment Schedule will consist of two payments. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve equipment and reserve services. Any changes can be accommodated until seven days prior to the event. All payments made are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, payments will not be refunded however, will turn into a credit that can be used for up to one year from cancellation date. Change of Date after the retainer is paid is based on availability and subject to a non-negotiable date change fee. If the alternate date selected is unavailable, the retainer is forfeited and the event will be considered cancelled. This is a binding contract for the rental only and not sale of above listed items. Balance is due no later than seven days prior to the event. If the event is within 30 days, the total amount is due in full. 


By providing a retainer, the above listed client acknowledges these terms.
